About 2050 M Street
2050 M St NW, Dupont Circle, Washington DC
Developer Tishman Speyer, in partnership with REX Architecture, has constructed 2050 M Street, a 364,000 square foot trophy office development in the heart of Washington, DC’s central business district, between Dupont Circle and Washington Circle.
The property fronts on a park, providing ample natural light, while the upper floors offer unobstructed views of Washington, DC, and Georgetown. 2050 M Street is encased in one of the most unique glass façades ever built in the city, consisting of an innovative floor-to-ceiling curved glass curtain wall with no vertical mullions. Construction includes large, flexible floor plates in the range of 25,000 to 32,000 square feet with 40’ x 30’ column grid, 10’ perimeter ceiling height, and ideal core-to-glass dimension. Columns are also located 12’ inboard the façade, enabling unobstructed exterior views and efficient build-out of perimeter offices. Amenities include superior property management and security, a private 11th-floor balcony, a well-appointed fitness center, dramatic lobby spaces and an expansive furnished roof deck with panoramic views of Washington, DC.
The building will employ sustainability best practices and will target LEED® Gold certification upon completion in 2020.
